At UPCOUNTRY LAW, we know its not always easy or convenient to get your documents notarized, especially on the weekends. Many people on Maui prefer to utilize our mobile notary services, to conveniently save them the time and energy of going all the way to town, when our Mobile Notary can come directly to their home, private location, or business.
We proudly provide mobile services to the entire island of Maui, including Kahului, Kīhei, Wailuku, Lahaina, Makawao, Pāʻia, Wailea-Makena, Hāna, Kula, Haʻikū, Pukalani, Nahiku, Haliimaile, Kaanapali, Napili-Honokowai, Maalaea, Kipahulu, Keokea, Laniupoko, Olowalu, Waihee-Waiehu, Kaupo, Kapalua, KeʻAnae, Wailua, Spreckelsville, and Kahakuloa.
Our highly experienced Hawaii State Notary Public, Dove M. Sifferlen, has been performing all types of notary services, all over the island of Maui, and the rest of the Hawaiian Islands for over the last 10 years, and if needed, she will meet you anywhere on Maui.
All notary clients, that are not current clients of UPCOUNTRY LAW, will need to sign an acknowledgment of limited representation for our office to perform notary services only by a non-attorney, and pass a conflict of interest assessment. There will be no extra charges for the acknowledgment of limited representation or the conflict of interest assessment.
For all mobile notaries, in addition to each stamp, there will be a mobile notary fee, charged at a standard rate, plus the distance and time it takes the Notary Public to reach the mobile location.
All mobile notaries are performed by our State of Hawaii licensed Notary Public, non-attorney, who is not authorized or able to provide any document review or legal advisement, during the mobile or in-office notary signing, other than the standard customary tasks generally performed by a State of Hawaii Notary Public, non-attorney.
If you need document review or legal advisement by a Hawaii licensed Attorney, feel free to call UPCOUNTRY LAW at (808) 419-6662, or use our handy CONTACT FORM to begin the process.
